So, on April 1st, I decided to go for a run! And surprisingly, my pace has improved! I beasted that run!
Fastest 1K and fastest mile! Booyah!
And what a difference a year makes!

Then last night, I made "bulletproof" coffee. (and made it again this morning.) It's strange, but incredibly delicious, and full of fat, so that it feeds the keto diet. :)
